Fill out your Pet Sitting Questionnaire

This questionnaire is built out for each pet - we'll look at routines, general behavior, health, training questions, etc. Even if we don't end up working together, these are amazing notes for any pet sitter to have.

Schedule a Meet & Greet

This is a 45-60 minute meeting where we'll chat about your pet and family's needs and make sure we're a good fit! Please send us the Pet Sitting Questionnaire(s) to us PRIOR to this meeting (for each pet). This gives us a chance to take a look at everything and go over any questions we might have.

  • We'll virtually meet you and your pets.
  • Do a tour of your home, while you'll get to see us "in person" for the first time.
  • Go through your routines.
  • Review the forms and answer any questions you might have!
    • Client/Home Profile
    • Veterinary Release & Emergency Form
    • Payment Method Authorization Form
    • Pet Sitting Agreement

This is not indicative of a commitment to sit, but a way for both parties to get to know each other and decide if we'll be the best fit for your home.

The Forms:

These are our standard forms for every sit, regardless of the location or length of time. They include Pet Questionnaires for each pet (see above), a Client/Home Profile, Veterinary Release and Emergency form, and a Payment Method Authorization Form for pet/home related expenses. We will also send you a separate Pet Sitting Agreement by email.

Please download these forms and send them back to hearthandhoundnomads@gmail.com within 1 (one) week of the Meet & Greet. Without these completed forms in our hands, a final review from us, and a signed Pet Sitting Agreement, your sit is NOT confirmed.
